All major window companies who sell new windows/doors usually have a 12 months warranty period. After that time many of them refer their customers to us. These companies know our staff and have dealt with us for many years and are confident with our work and ability. We are a family based business and we offer the same service no matter what the size of the job. We know that most people have to juggle their work commitments to try to fit in a repair. We try to allow for this as much as possible.
Due to OH&S regulations are servicemen are not permitted to remove their shoes, but take precautions to treat your home as we would our own. We use ground sheets to cover carpet where ever possible and always clean up and take away any mess we may need to make to do the repair.
We service a large area of metropolitan Sydney (see map). If your suburb is not listed, give us a call and we will tell you whether or not we can help you. If we can’t, we may know someone who can.
We are fully licensed and have all the required insurances.
